Buy TicketAll the applied startup teams pass a screening process. The teams accepted are distributed into either Starter (Idea Stage) or Booster (Early Stage) programs, based on their level of development and field of operation*.
The Starter program is created for aspiring entrepreneurs and idea-stage startups. The latter are divided into tracks, based on the industries/technologies they belong to and their field of activity.
Each track undergoes a tailored incubation/acceleration programme, guided by leading mentors and experts of the field. It culminated with the startups participating in respective industry track battles.
It will be provided by a successful and experienced entrepreneur. Speaker will pitch his/her Startup and will share some tips on pitching in front of real investors. Attendees will also have a chance for Q&A. These sessions can also be attended by the participants of the Booster Accelerator program and general audience.
Each workshop is held by an industry expert who examines and explains the key points for each topic, covering from the idea validation to the IPO. Each day there are held maximum of 3 workshops. These sessions may also be attended by the Booster Accelerator program participants and general audience.
There will be 5 Mentors and 10 teams who will pitch to each mentor separately. Each startup will get 3 minutes for pitching and 7 minutes for Q&A with the mentor. The Session will be over as soon as all the 10 teams pitched to all 5 mentors. The distribution of the teams will be done by the organizers and selection committee. If the team misses its turn, there will be no other possibility to participate in the other slot.
During the session, each team will have 4 mins for pitching, after which the mentors will give feedback and tips. The Session will be over as soon as all the teams pitching. As a benefit, during the Groups Mentorship Sessions, teams can gain knowledge also from the feedback provided to the other teams. The distribution of the teams will be done by the organizers and selection committee. If the team misses its turn, there will be no other possibility to participate in the other slot.
Those are non-formal talks held around the campfires in the squad areas. During these talks, experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts share their knowledge in an interactive informal setting.
Starter Programme teams compete for the top 2 positions in each Industry Track and a chance to go on to the Starter Big Battle. The top team from each Industry Track will receive US$1,500 in prizes. Up to 18 teams will be selected for the Semi-Finals out of which 6 teams will go on to participate in the Starter Big Battle Finals. The finalists will compete for US$10,000 in prizes for the top 3 teams and in-kind prizes worth up to US$20,000.
The Booster Program has been crafted as an intensive micro-acceleration program for the startups that have an early prototype and have secured some form of angel funding.
The Booster program is delivered by international accelerators, facilitated by speakers and mentors with a hands-on intensive acceleration experience.
The educational tracks of the Booster Program are divided based on the technologies the startups operate in. In addition to the main prizes, the Booster Startups can get a chance to attract about $100k investment commitments by Triple S Ventures.
GRAND ENTRY
This Volunteer team assists with grand entry procedures, requirements and activities. Volunteers help participants with passes and escort them to the event grounds. They also are responsible for shuttle services.
MEET AND GREET TEAM
The team is responsible for organizing the meet and greet of the international guests, speakers and special attendees, escorting them from airport and/or other transportation hubs to the venue and/or hotels.
CONTENT RELATED SERVICES
Content team volunteers are responsible for the technical management of the auditoriums and campfires. They support speakers, mentors, startuppers and judges by guiding through the agenda and providing content-related information.
DIRECTIONS & ASSISTANCE
These volunteers are responsible for assisting attendees with information and directions around the event grounds. They run the lost-and-found room, distribute the visitors’ guides and agendas and help participants navigate around the camp.
MEDIA TEAM
The media team is responsible for the content writing during the talks, workshops, and masterclasses. They are also responsible for interviewing various participants, such as startuppers, speakers, and special guests.
Photo-Video Production
These volunteers are responsible for photo and video shooting of various activities during the event. They must follow the agenda and prepare materials, covering each activity.
Technical support
The technical team conducts various technical operations, such as warehouse management, parking zone control, beach maintenance. These volunteers also act as a quick response team.
Entertainment
These volunteers work under direct supervision of the entertainment Teamlead and are responsible for the organization of various sport, art and gaming events and contests. They also provide support to the DJs and professional entertainers.

All applied volunteers go through a screening process. Accepted volunteers will be invited to an interview.
All the shortlisted candidates pass month-long training. Top applicants are selected and dispersed into working groups.

Parking is available at the venue
The average air temperature in Sevan during the Summit days will reach up to 28°C during the daytime and drop to 13°C during the nighttime. Consider being prepared for sunny afternoons and chilly evenings. It would be helpful to have a raincoat on your person, as well.
Participants who are behaving in a way that could be considered obscene, indecent, lewd, racially offensive, harassing, threatening, objectionable or unlawful shall be deprived of their right to participate in the event, will be removed from the grounds and punished to the full extent of the law.
